Students approach the concept of energy through everyday, physical experiences. They study what this phenomenon is, how it manifests, how to recognize it both in movement and stillness, how it is related to the flow of life in ecosystems, and its connection to their own bodies. After establishing the basics, they explore what it means for energy to be a renewable source and how we can manage it.
